Zanpaktou Description: Hoematsu has the ability to spread explosive powder which he can ignite creating furious directed explosions. Houmatsu is similar to Heineko in that when released it spreads this powder, Under control of user, quickly and can create more using the user's reishi. It is weak against wind attacks as the powder is finite enough to be blown around in strong winds and creates an explosion equal to a modern day cherry bomb

History: Shunsui is a very arrogant person often going to rukongai and robbing people for fun and leaving their stuff on other people's roofs. he has killed several souls in district 61 (considered a bad district for my purposes) then blew up their homes with whoever witnessed the killings inside. his explosive personality makes his kidou useless as it blows up in his face alot.

recently he was promoted to fourth seat when the previous holder passed mysteriously. none of the lower people dared to accuse Shunsui thinking they too would be killed for silence. his captain hates him and usually sends him on dangerous missions hoping he'll die one of these times. Recently he has be sent to investigate an anomaly in soul society.
