EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER FIRST, 2009.
ALL CHARACTERS MUST HAVE A CHARACTER APPLICATION APPROVED BEFORE ENTERING ANY POST OR THE CHATBOX.
NEW RPERS THAT HAVE JUST JOINED HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 2 DAY LEEWAY BEFORE LOSING CB PRIVELAGES. THIS WAY THEY CAN ASK QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THE SITE AND GET STARTED EASIER. (kudos to Hiyori for the idea)
IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS, OR CONCERNS, PM ME OR SITH.
ANY COMPLAINTS WILL BE DIRECTED TO ME.
IF YOU JUST WANT TO WHINE, THEN YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY!

Denied. Only one part. The Chatbox is for everyone, and I mean EVERYONE. for people who are unapproved, why cant they join the chatbox, I don't think this is fair, Caranore. The rest is fine, but I don't like the Chatbox Idea

The chatbox is not just my idea.
Sith, and myself, are getting annoyed by people joining the site and then sitting in the chatbox, being completely inactive. The application will be made and submitted before CB privelages are returned.

I don't think this is fair. If they are being inactive on the CB, why not kick them?

No. Inactive on the site. Per the activity rules you and Shi approved of, people must post to remain active. If they dont post because they dont have an app approved, then they remain inactive.

Just a note but i totally agree with this to an extent.
there are times where a new person needs to ask questions so they may come on and ask a question for a quick answer but there may be new people who get on and stop posting just to hang in the chatbox.
in a more recent case Lifeless quit the site rp-wise to 'hang out' in the cb without posting at all of course we don't need people here who do not post but at some points it is okay to get in the cb before posting a character app to ask questions.
Koujetsu if i may say this be more specific in rules give two days maybe three to have the character app in before removing chatbox rights or you will begin driving potential rp'ers away

As Far as the Chat Box Thing Goes Approved, It a total Of one day to complete verything top to Bottom. It not that were asking for Blood and sweet. Looks a picture With one or two lines, If it not a ful body shot. Personality a paragraph at most...Basic thing that 8 year old can, For example Hino our youngest rper Was able to post his character app with in one day and had it approved, along with starting a topic.
So if you think it's unfair to banned unactive people for the Chat-Box, pm me with a Good reason why, with supporting evidence.

If an admin asks you to stop talking about something or stop using smilies you need to stop. this is unconditional. if you are having at home problems it's all well and good but please don't take it out on us. if you are having a bad day it's all well and good but keep it to yourself.
